Why the Shepherd's Crew? ​ Jesus himself is the Good Shepherd (John 10:11-18). He is the one who laid down His life for us. So we are the Shepherd's Crew, as Christians, we belong to Him! Ephesians 4:11-12 also tells us that we are called to be shepherds ourselves. As mature Christians we are to imitate Christ, even laying our own lives down for others. For the past three years, the Shepherds Crew has sponsored and organized a charity ride that benefits Seven Homes Foster Care Agency. This organization works to pair children in the Foster Care System with loving, trained families. Seven Homes goes well beyond just making sure children have a roof over their head, providing in-depth training for all families who choose to foster through their organization and support for both the children and the families all along the way!
